C.A.L.M. RETREATS

It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

C.A.L.M. (compassionate, attentive, loving & mindful) retreats and workshops bring together the qualities of mindfulness with the principles of servant leadership to inspire, motivate and empower leaders and others in business, community, church and statutory sectors to to realise their potential, fulfil their deepest commitments and empower others.

As leaders we are responsible for creating environments in which our colleagues are nurtured and energised, our organisations innovate and flourish and our communities are respected and supported. It is a big ask in a world and global economy that measures time in widgets like units of electricity. Our minds can become distracted by the urgent at the expense of the important and we can become so pre-occupied with yesterday and tomorrow that we are no longer able to excel at leading today.
