We have had a few cancellations on this retreat and we're offering 'last minute rates' to anyone who would like a day of pure presence in the beautiful surroundings of Drumalis and the nearby coastal walks.

This retreat day offers contemplative and mindfulness practices to help us to become ever more presentin our lives. When we are tempted to ‘get busy’ or to ‘get fixing’ these practices help us to find stillness, courage,acceptance, forgiveness, compassion and healing just as we are and just as life is right now.
If you're feeling the need of space, stillness, the healing power of nature and some nourishment for body mind and spirit, this retreat might be just the thing for you.
