AWAKENING BREATH - Meeting God Mindfully Retreat Series
Marrying the practices of the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) 8-Week Programme and ancient Judaeo/Christian Contemplative practices this retreat is designed for anyone looking to reduce the impact of fear, stress and anxiety on their lives and increase their access to enduring peace of mind, lightness of heart and deep inner freedom.
The first of a series of MEETING GOD MINDFULLY, 4 seasonal retreats - AWAKENING BREATH can also be done as a standalone day of rest and renewal for those who wish.
Those who participate in the series will receive an MBSR certificate of completion allowing them to do further Mindfulness training if they choose.
